Revolt against the Windsor knot!
The Windsor or Half Windsor has long been the staple tie knot for the suited gentleman but I say forget about that.
If you're wearing a beautiful tie you should be proud of that.
So here is a detailed tutorial on how to tie the exotic and attention-grabbing Eldredge necktie knot.
It is a unique looking knot that resembles a braid. If you plan on wearing this knot I recommend keeping your outfit simple with muted solid tones letting the knot be the focal point. It tends to look messy with striped ties because the orientation of the stripes will be different in each panel of the knot, stick to single colored or consistent patterned ties for best results.
This knot would work perfectly with a Patrick McMurray Orient Patterned Tie I think!
There's only one week left of our Patrick McMurray Tie Promotion so don't miss out.

This is very gaudy.
John - Apr 24, 2013it certainly WOULD NOT work with that Patrick McMurray tie as the tie is way too thick and would just “bunch up”
