  • How does your shipping process work?

After we receive your order and process payment we will ship your order on the next shipping day. For order/shipping times see the chart below.

  • How long will it take for me to receive my order?

We do shipping runs every week day, excluding public holidays, using Australia Post. Shipping times using our standard shipping are between 5 - 10 working days. If you need your item urgently you can also select shipping using Australia Post's Express Delivery service that guarantees next day delivery within the deliver zone.   • I would like to return a purchase. Is that allowed?

At Devlin's we understand the difficulty of choosing a gift for the person who has everything and that, sometimes, you need to return a product. That's why we've adopted a fully open returns policy. If you decide a product is not right for you simply return it to us, in it's original state, and we will issue a refund for the full value of the product. No processing fee, no hidden hurdles, it's that easy.

  • What if I'd like to exchange it for another product?

That is A-Ok as well. If you'd like to choose another product from the site please give us a call on 1300 388 830 to discuss exchanging your product for a new one. Both of our stores are open 7 days a week so please feel free to bring your product in for an exchange in store as well.

  • What's the go with shipping cigars and other tobacco?

Cigars need to be kept at a certain level of humidity to preserve the natural flavours and smoking qualities. To ensure this the cigars must be shipped by Express Post rather than standard post (we also include a humidified pouched totally free of charge.) For this reason we cannot offer free shipping on cigar orders over $100. We have included a cheaper option specifically for cigars for you to select at checkout. Please note if you do not select the specific option we will still need to charge you for this before your cigars can be shipped.

Please note that when shipping internationally the only accepted form of payment is direct debit.

All local customs and duty charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Devlin's will not declare your item as a gift or make false or misleading statements on any customs declarations.
